Submission Queue
Upload a song on behalf of an artist
Support fallback for an artist whose own upload failed. The song goes through the normal pipeline and lands in this queue as Pending Review — it is never published automatically.

Artist Management
Create Artist Profile
One permanent artist registry per artist. This creates the special Artist ID used for identity, uploads, duplicate detection and future promotions/gifts.
This is the artist's identity picture — separate from any song's cover art. Uploading here never changes a song's artwork, and editing a song's cover never changes this picture.

Register Producer
Producer IDs are created here by authorized staff. The registration rule remains server-side: standard MK10,000 or established MK5,000 with a 30-day qualification window.
This is the producer's identity picture — separate from any song cover or video thumbnail.

Sells visibility, not guaranteed downloads/plays. Paid placements are always labeled Sponsored/Featured — organic trending is never altered by a promotion.
Team & Cashiers
Cashiers prepare and verify. Only a Superadmin confirms money as RECEIVED and publishes. Everything a cashier does is recorded under their own Cashier ID.
Create Cashier
The Cashier ID (CA-001, CA-002, …) is generated automatically. No password is created: you receive a one-time setup link to send to the cashier, and they choose their own password.
One-time setup link
Send this link to the cashier privately (for example WhatsApp). It works once and expires. Anyone who has it can set the password for this account — do not post it anywhere public.

Email Subscribers
Visitors subscribe once (double opt-in) and get one short email a day when new songs, videos, artists, producers or Ntcheu Updates are published. Only Superadmins can see this page.

Test & send
"Send now" emails everything published since the last digest to all confirmed subscribers immediately. Normally this happens by itself once a day.

Storage check
Tests the upload/download pipeline from the server (library, variables, endpoint format, origins, bucket access). Shows only pass/fail — never secrets.

Default Song Artwork
Shown on every song that has no artwork of its own (no cover uploaded and none inside the MP3). Songs that do have artwork are never changed by this setting. Order used everywhere on the site: song's own artwork → this default → built-in image.
Homepage Rankings
Only published content is ranked; ties go to the older item. Songs and videos use validated plays/views (a play counts after 50% listened). Artists are ranked by the plays of their published songs; producers by the plays of the songs they produced plus views of their linked videos.
